Description: In this class, we will explore using various therapeutic tools such as gentle stretches, breathwork, therapeutic massage balls and other myofascial release tools to assist in the release of the fascial tissue while restoring the body. This class is designed to loosen tight muscles, relieve pain, improve range of motion and downregulate the nervous system. Fascia is the connective tissue in the body that surrounds muscles, allowing them to move and glide. Fascial tissue can get stuck forming adhesions, which tends not only limit our range of motion but can cause pain in the body. By practicing these therapeutic movements, you can leave this class feeling relaxed, restored, and more free in your own body. Open to all levels and all bodies. No prior experience needed.

Intermediate students will focus on stamina and technique in the air and especially on strong inversions as well as be introduced to new climbs single rotation drops and interesting new ways to link skills together including unfamiliar entrances to familiar skills.

Students must feel comfortable with the entrance and exit of Double Footlocks and Double Dancer's Locks aka "Egg Beaters" a clean climb of choice (Basic Wrap or Russian Climb) and descent to the top on both sides holding a split or closed fabric straddle invert for 3-5 seconds and holding a long arm hang in the air for a minimum of 15 seconds. Description: In this class we will explore using various therapeutic tools such as gentle stretches breathwork therapeutic massage balls and other myofascial release tools to assist in the release of the fascial tissue while restoring the body. This class is designed to loosen tight muscles relieve pain improve range of motion and downregulate the nervous system. Fascia is the connective tissue in the body that surrounds muscles allowing them to move and glide. Description: Pole Fitness 4+ is a 75 minute intermediate – advanced mixed level class focusing on the sporty side of Pole. Students will start with a thorough full body instructor led floor based warm up. The warm up will then continue onto the Poles with different conditioning exercises to help you build strength and stamina. This class is a high flying composition of challenging new thigh and hip holds impressive spins and new strength building techniques. Description: In this class, we will explore using various therapeutic tools such as gentle stretches, breathwork, therapeutic massage balls and other myofascial release tools to assist in the release of the fascial tissue while restoring the body. This class is designed to loosen tight muscles, relieve pain, improve range of motion and downregulate the nervous system. Fascia is the connective tissue in the body that surrounds muscles, allowing them to move and glide. Fascial tissue can get stuck forming adhesions, which tends not only limit our range of motion but can cause pain in the body. By practicing these therapeutic movements, you can leave this class feeling relaxed, restored, and more free in your own body. Open to all levels and all bodies. No prior experience needed.

Description: Intro to Pole Fitness is perfect for brand new to Pole students students with a little bit of previous Pole experience and Pole students wanting to learn or review entry level skills tricks conditioning and technique. This class combines our Intro to Pole Fitness curriculum with our Pole Fitness 1 curriculum. Students can move into Pole Fitness 2 or other Level 2 classes after Intro to Pole Fitness. We recommend that students take 8-10 Intro Pole classes before moving on to higher levels.

Description: Sultry Pole is perfect for students wanting to learn and explore the sexy side of Pole. This mixed levels class blends floor work dance pole skills and pole tricks together. Class starts with a total body floor based warm up that includes floor work techniques that can be used later on for the pole dance. After the warm up we will start breaking down little bits of sultry choreography that will be repeated several times and then built upon as class progresses. Students will leave each class with a sultry pole dance sequence that can be used to dance to any of your favorite songs with. Heels are suggested but optional for this class.
